Perfect for fall, Today’s Family’s Pumpkin Dip is a healthy appetizer that kids will gobble up; it’s sure to put smiles on the faces of your youngest, toughest critics.
Developed by Chef Michele, there’s no trick to making it; it’s our treat to you!
Ingredients: One, 250 g brick cream cheese, at room temperature • 1/3 cup granulated sugar • One, 796 mL can pumpkin purée • 1 tsp lemon juice • 1-1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions: 1) Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese on medium until fluffy. 2) Gradually add sugar and beat on medium for 30 seconds. 3) Add pumpkin purée, lemon juice, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. 4) Beat on medium for three minutes. 5) Pour dip into a bowl and serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to four days.
