At this time, we are urging every member of the Today’s Family family to practice Social Distancing: stay inside and try to limit contact with people as much as possible. Social Distancing is really important if we want to slow the spread of the virus and give our healthcare systems as much time as possible to get ready.
But Social Distancing is not the only thing we can do to take care of ourselves! We’ve been sent these super short videos from the Government of Ontario about easy ways to stay healthy in these times. None of these are new tips, but they’re good to be reminded of every once in a while!
If you can’t watch the videos right now, here are the four tips to help stay healthy:
- Keep surfaces clean and disinfected.
- Cough and sneeze into a sleeve or a tissue. Dispose of the tissue immediately and wash your hands.
- Avoid touching your eyes, ears, or mouth.
- Wash your hands with soap and water thoroughly and often.
Stay safe, and we hope to be able to see you all very soon!
