The CBC recently did a series on their Ideas program on the Brains of Babes.
The piece is an intriguing and thoughtful documentary on the importance of early childhood and brain development.
Although this is common knowledge for the early childhood field, it is of benefit to see the information as consideration and thought for the broader community. Documentaries such as the Brains of Babes reaffirms what we already know of the importance of early childhood and the role that early childhood education plays.
