Life gets busy. Lunches are forgotten on counters. Blogs are not diligently read. So, this week’s post is a short one reminding you that our 2019 Annual General Meeting is happening in two days. Normally, we would understand why you would want to avoid Annual General Meetings, but let us give a quick reason to convince you to show up to ours:
As we said in our first post of the month, this year we’re making the meeting fun. We’re inviting every member of the Today’s Family family – which includes you – to the Playhouse Theatre in downtown Hamilton for a free screening of the documentary Won’t You Be My Neighbor? It’s the story of Mr. Rogers, and even if you haven’t watched a single episode of his program, we can guarantee that you will be moved to tears by the end.
There will also be a meeting part of the Annual General Meeting, where we talk about the different neighbourhoods that host Today’s Family programs, and how we can better service your neighbourhood. So, if you want to be a part of that conversation, please reserve a spot in advance!
Now, space is limited, and time is running out. If you would like to attend our Annual General Meeting, please visit the link below to see if there is still room available. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
We can’t wait to see you there!
